Starting Therapy
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. It is completely normal to feel unsure about what you want or need at first.
I offer a brief free introductory phone call if you would like to make initial contact. Many people find this helpful when deciding whether to begin therapy and there is no obligation to take things further.
If you decide to arrange a first session, we can begin by exploring what has brought you to therapy, what feels difficult at the moment and what you may be looking for from the work. A first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, as well as a blended approach where appropriate. In-person sessions take place in Central London at Staple Inn, Chancery Lane, WC1V 7HQ. Online sessions are available across the UK.
I provide both short-term therapy, which can be helpful when focusing on a specific issue or time-limited difficulty and open-ended therapy for those seeking a deeper, longer-term exploration. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly at the same time each week.
My fee is £90 per session. I also offer some concessionary spaces for students.
