II hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Practice from Birkbeck.
My clinical training combined theoretical depth with extensive supervised practice and my work is informed by ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
I have experience supporting adults from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, including higher education, medicine, law, public health and business. I have also worked with PhD and MSc students, and understand the emotional pressures that can arise during periods of academic, professional, or personal transition.
I have particular experience working with people navigating cultural identity, migration, multilingual lives and complex relational or family dynamics across cultures.
Alongside my private practice, I hold a senior leadership role in wellbeing services within Higher Education.
I offer therapy in English, French and Romanian.
