I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Practice, also from Birkbeck. This rigorous clinical training combined theoretical depth with extensive supervised practice.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, including medicine, law, public health, and business. I have worked with PhD and MSc students and understand the unique pressures and complexities that can emerge during periods of academic or career transition. I also work with people navigating complex cultural dynamics, whether that means moving between countries, growing up in a multicultural home, living in a culture that differs from their family's values, or being part of multilingual and international relationships or families.

I offer a reflective, compassionate space where you can begin to explore what’s troubling you at a pace that feels manageable.

I work in English, French and Romanian and offer sessions in any of these languages.
